Will the ab lounge make me have abs?

im not fat im just normal but i have a really fat stomach and it bothers me it shows up in tight clothes i wear and i cant wear a bikini cause i have a fat stomach. i have a ab lounge if i use it everyday im 13 years old. If i use it everyday for how long? will it make me have abs, i dont want abs!! i just want A really cute flat stomach!!

i really dont eat any fattening foods i dont know why my stomach doesnt go down and i hate having it cause im 13 and i cant wear a bikini and it sucks. how long should i use my ab lounge each day? but i dont want abs! i want a cute flat stomach to fit into a bikini!
 
You should combine cardio and strength training and a healthy diet in order to get a flat stomach that isn't too muscled. But, you have to keep in mind that everyone's body is different--all flat abs are not created equal. Pilates and yoga both count as strength training, but they will give you long, lean muscles. Kickboxing counts as cardio and strength training. You can find kickboxing workouts that are specifically designed to work your abs. As for you diet, you should eat lots of veggies, healthy fats (olive oil, avocado, peanut butter--in moderation), and lean meats. Good luck, I hope this helps.
