Hi I was just wondering if I take Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will it slow down my progression at the gym? I've been working out for 2 years now and I've never did any cardio.
My body info:
21 years old
5'7'' tall
145-150lbs
I work out 4 times a week for 45minutes to an hour each time.
