...don't carry it? I have a BB torch, and I haven't been able to connect to windows live messenger, it just says "handheld not enabled for this service". I've looked all over online and it seems like a common problem that has to do with your carrier and service books or something...I don't really understand it. I want to know if TMobile will still be willing to help me since they don't carry the phone? I feel like they won't want to give me any advice whether they know it or not to not be liable if something happens to it. But I think it's just a simple problem that someone with a lot of knowledge in cell phones can fix.
