Okay so about a year ago, I had a flex-plan contract with T-mobile. Although it was under my name, it was not my phone. But that is besides the matter. The person who had the phone was suppose to be paying on it and let it be shut off. At the time I was out of work and they start calling me asking for $300 to cancel the contract. I didn't have the money and it went into collection. Yet now I have the money and am stable enough in a job that I can pay them, only I don't know who to call (collection agency). I need a cell-phone plan. And I was wondering if I paid the balance off, will T-Mobile let me get another flex-plan even though the person who was suppose to be paying on my other plan let it lapse?
