Hi everyone..a couple of months back i bought a samsung behold phone from t-mobile. The phone seems to freeze a lot. It has never touched water..i have never dropped it. I was just wondering if T-mobile will send me a new phone if i tell them this..The phone is in perfect condition. Like i said it was never dropped. It only has a few scratches on the screen and thats because of keys in my pockets. Can someone please help?
