Will T-Mobile accept my offer to pay off termination fee?

I had been use T-Mobile for 2 years and somehow I thought my contract was over so I switch it to AT&T. I found out I was only 1month away from end of contract and T-Mobile send me termination fee of $426. It had been a year now without pay because T-Mobile did not warning me about termination fee after I asked them to closed and switch it to AT&T and they was ok with it without warning me about termination fee. WIll they accept if I offer them to pay half which is $213 to pay off and get done better than $426? Or is there anything that T-Mobile will forgive something with me?
