Hey everyone. I'm looking into swimming (rather than running) to strengthen my body, and supply myself with adequate cardio - to build endurance. I will also be working with weights 3 days a week as well.
My question is...will swimming (and the repetative shoulder/arm rotation it takes to actually swim) harm or mess up my golf swing in any way? Or, will it actually help my golf swing??
