Hi guys, Im really looking to getting a good body in the summer. I play volleyball 5 times a week for 2 hours and plan to swim four times a week nonstop for one hour in addition. I was wondering if it could result in a flat and toned stomach, and also toned legs?
Right now I am 5'7 and 140 lbs, Im not obviously chubby but it is noticable for me.
