Will super unleaded fuel ruin a Honda Civic?

I put super unleaded fuel in my car that I usually just use unleaded fuel. Now my enging light is on an I cant seem to find an answer if this is ruining my engine or not. I still have half a tank left so should I use it up or will that make it even worse??? Please help
 
Super unleaded will not cause engine damage. The engine light may be a coincidence and not be obvious like a split vacuum hose.Use up the fuel.
