Will squat jumps improve my sprinting?

Hi guys, I am a 13 yr old male sprinter . Just joined track since around May. My timing for 100m is pole 14.4s. 400m
Is 72s but the coach did not take 200m. My question is, if I do pike 3-5 sets of 25reps squat jumps everyday , with 60s rest in between sets, can I shave off 0.5-1s on my timing? Tks!
