I play sports all year round, like right now i play lacrosse and in the summer/fall i have soccer pretty much every day. I sweat a lot because it's extremely hot. Should i try to avoid make up before these sports- even if its oil free? and should i wet my face during breaks with water to clean off the dirt? Helppp. Because I dont have bad acne at all, i just want to make sure it doesnt get worse
