WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME WITH PHOTOSHOP PREMIER ELEMENTS 3?
i have photoshop premier elements 3. I am making a stop motion but I want some of the pictures to be longer than the others. most will be about 6 frames per second but i need some of them to be about 30 seconds long because they are taking but we are only using legos so their mouths don't open which means we can just use one picture. How can I do that. Please help
