Tuesday- Shoulders/Traps
Wednesday-Off
Thur- Back
Friday-Arms
Sat- Legs
Sunday-Off
Ive missed Sat, Sunday, Monday. Is that going to make me weaker when i return tomorrow presuming that I feel better since I basically missed almost 1 week and 2 days from my last chest workout...
