His career at Bain Capital consisted of going after union companies and using the bankruptcy laws to steal the money in fees . Look at their record . They buy into a good company seizing the pension funds , quit making payments , used the capital to attract investors , then sold the shares of the company BACK TO THE COMPANY causing enough debt to collapse , left investors high and dry because their deliberate efforts bankrupted the company and the government Pension Guarantee Fund left holding the bag for the billions they took from them .. All the while moving their new money off shore where US bankruptcy courts couldn't get it . Modern day pirates .
