For example, if I tell them that the signal keeps going off and it sometimes shuts off randomly and by itself, then ask if I can just upgrade to the IPhone 4 will they allow me, while still paying the $159 upgrade fee?
I just checked and im about 9 months away from being able to just upgrade the legitimate way.
