The one Gotcha, is the next release of BIS and BES that is coming out. Do you think that Rogers may be pushing RIM for an bit of code included in this update that tracks, or plugs the loophole? If your contacts also state, "No Web Browsing", or explicitly states that only email, PIN, etc, is not included in the plan, wouldn't it be nice for Rogers to get a nice BIS update, track you and then wham you with a big bill, or a $400 charge for breaking contract.
Not against you, just playing devil's advocate, as a BES administrator I do not think this is so far fetched. If you could see what can be tracked and controlled with a BES, you could see this coming, esp. if RIM sees it as a great tool for other BIS providers in the global market place.
