I am a freshman. I did cross country pr:19:07 indoor track pr: 1000m 2:57 and 11:37 in 2 mile. I am doing outdoor now. I am trying to figure out what i will do for training this summer. I am doing 40-50 miles of running every weak.
I am also a competitive cyclist. Will doing a 3-4 25 mile bike rides along with the running make me faster for cross country or will it hurt me.
I want to get like 17:30's
