will riding a bike help tone my body? im 14?

ok so i wanna get a toned body. i am 14. will riding my bike for like an hour every day do the trick? i want a flat stomach and toned legs. i am also willing to do crunches.
 
depends on how hard you push yourself

i ride at a competitive level so i do a lot of training and my legs are huge and im well toned but i have to do other exercise to get there and stay there
 
in order to get a flat stomach and toned legs you will need to pair your cardio (bike riding) with spot toning excercises such as crunches, squats, lunges.
