breeder in Court? My ex took my dog. I called the police to report the dog stolen. I was told I would have to file a civil suit. I filed a civil suit for the dog, we go to war on Tuesday. However, She registered the dog after she was served the papers. I have the receipt of sale from the breeder, and all initial contact emails with the breeder, plus a notarized letter from my neighbor stated the dog was in my care, not my ex's.
I'm worried, any input will help.

there are no vet bills because she would never let me take her to the vet when i was living with her. she owned the car. I owned the apartment. there is no microchip, i haven't had the dog in 2 months so i dont know if shes been to the vet at all.
