Will Obama's universal health plan effect doctors, nurses, and pharamacists alike negatively? Such as malpractice issues and a major decrease in salary? Will he make life hard for them?

First, Obama doesn't have a universal health plan. He suggests some expansions here and there, and a restructuring of the policies health insurers can offer, but there have been no particulars published.
It's difficult to know what impact his proposals would have, except that there will be adjustments. Doctors tend not to be stupid, and they generally figure out a way to come out OK, with alterations in practice, going where the money is. The great bulk of his plan is copied from what Romney did in MA, so you can look there for some hints, but until we get into the particulars, there's really not much of a way to judge.

I was talking with my doctor about this one day and he said it would affect them ALOT. Their pay will go down alot, and it will be harder to see their patients. This affects the average american also. People in countries that already have universal health care say it's so hard to get into a doctor since it's so crowded. They spend hours and hours at the ER waiting to be seen. If you need an organ transplant, you might as well forget it since the transfer list will be so long. ETC
