Jeffie and Smoke also voiced their displeasure with Goodyear. Will they all be fined?

Goodyear has been pretty crappy so far, (There's a 100,000 fine) they need to make better tires and not some piece of cheap knock off (there's another 100,000). Goodyear needs to listen to the drivers, they know what is going on. Goodyear makes them and I don't think they want to be responsible for hurting a driver. So, Goodyear, listen up. Make some good tires, The drivers know what they need, unlike you they are pros!! (Oops, another 100,000).

I hope not. What did anyone say that was 1). So bad. 2). Inaccurate.? All Tony Stewart said was the truth.

Anything to take a shot a Jr huh??? Smoke was the one who immediately bashed Goodyear when he got out of his car, not Jr. I don't see why anyone would be fined for speaking their opinion...

Junebug wont be fined. Are you kidding? Nascar isnt going to fine a man that walks on water like Junior. if they did fine him do think the Junior fans will report Nascar to Yahoo Answers? I bet they would.

junior is one of nascars puppets so i am sure he will slide by but smoke (stewart) will get nailed.

There's no "free" speech in NASCAR. But Junior kisses up too much, they won't fine the most popular driver NASCAR has ever known(IS that the way it goes?) But Tony will be fined, it's a guarantee!

Dale Jr was not that harsh in his words..I'm glad they spoke up as Goodyear really made a mess with these tires, the guys could not race, and we did not see a race yesterday, I called it a yawn fest..

Well Tony was a little more harsh then Jr. wow he was very pissed wasnt he...I dont think they will have a fine but a nice little trip for a talk about it and may have to apologize for their words...
But I feel they should be able to say what they feel!
Remember let them be boys!

They don't fine him for any other whining that he does (which is a lot).
It really gripes me that he can't congratulate his team for finishing second & appreciate that it was his team that got him to that position; noooo he has to go on and on about the tires. Talk about ungrateful. If I was on his team, I'd quit.

Maybe the tires didn't work so well because there's so much weight in the car...have another cheesburger, Tony!

I seriously doubt that. The drivers have the right to think what they want. There's no rule against that.

They are entitled to their opinions. It's not the first time Smoke or other drivers have voiced their displeasure over the tires and/or tire wear. As long as they do not use profanity Nascar will leave them alone.

No they won't get fined. At least these three drivers had the nerve to say it live and loud. Let's face the fact that they were telling the truth. The tire was absolutely pathetic! Did you happen to notice how very little rubber was laid back down on the track after the completion of the race? Way too hard of a compound for yesterday's conditions. Besides, these three drivers weren't the only ones to say something, I'm sure. They just happen to be the three biggest names. If they say something of course the NASCAR world is gonna know.

....And the Let's-Not-Mix-Our-Words Award goes to......Tony Stewart!!!! There was no way anybody could confuse or misinterperet what he was saying!

....It was time! Somebody needed to put Goodyear against the ropes. If NASCAR won't hold Goodyear accountable, then let the drivers do it more publicly, that's what I think.
