Will Nascar '09 be better then '08? will Carl Edwards be on the game?

also will the Milwaukee Mile track (my hometown track) be on the game? it was missing in Nascar '08.

what any and all new features will be on the game?

i can't wait to get the game. doesn't it come out some time next month already?
