Will Naruto shipuuden ninja storm 2 be better than all the other naruto games?

I have a xbox360, i heard that naruto ninja storm will come out in xbox360 and ps3!! will the game be better than like naruto accel 3 (naruto shipuuden ultimate ninja 6) and naruto accel 2 (naruto ultimate ninja 5)
