First of all, thanks for reading this!
I have a question because as far as I knew, all Tmobile sim cards would work in any tmobile phone. I have a Tmobile G1 and I'm frustrated with it. It's so slow and I'm just ready for a more simple phone with less glitches, just the basics.
I bought a blackberry curve from a friend. When I picked it up today, my sim card would not work in it. I saw it work perfectly for hers with her sim card, so it wasn't the blackberry itself. It just wouldn't register the sim card and continued to tell me I had no contacts and needed to enter a sim card. It was in properly. All I can think of is because it was an older blackberry and a newer 3G phone, so maybe that had something to do with it?
Regardless, I'm returning the phone and getting my money back tomorrow. On Ebay I found a samsung gravity for cheap, in perfect condition. I want to purchase it, but there's no refund if my sim card won't work in it. I want to purchase it, but I'm nervous I'll have the same problem then be still without a decent phone and out more money. Even though it's only $50, I don't have money to just throw around and waste by crossing my fingers and hoping it will work.
Do any of you know if my G1 sim card will work in the samsung gravity? Both are tmobile phones..but so was the blackberry so I'm a bit baffled at what the problem is..
I appreciate any help!
