Will my Telus Blackberry Tour work on the Bell HSPA network? It is unlocked.?

I purchased the Blackberry Tour last August from Telus. It is unlocked, and Im wondering if it will run on Bell's new HSPA network. It is my understanding that the Tour runs a 2100 Mhz frequency that is not supported by Bell.

Please tell me Im wrong :)
