will my t-mobile sim fit a blackberry and will i still have blackberry stuff?

i have a t-mobile sim card with a really good month contract on it. i want to buy a blackberry, but i was wondering if i brought it on t-mobile would i still get everything that comes on a blackberry like bbm or would i have to pay extra?
