I was recently caught smoking weed with some friends at the park. It has been a week and a half and I have not heard back from the police yet. I do not know if they are going to press charges. However I'm almost positive that I will be put on probation, but what I'm wondering is if I have a clean UA when i am first put on probation, will that make it shorter? I live in Portland, Oregon and marijuana is a misdemeanor for clarity.
