Will my PC run CoD4???

Ok, thinking off buying CoD4 and i neede to know will my PC run it easily...
I don't know the specs but its a Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo P series but its the older one with XP and not Vista...could someone find out the specs and tell me if it will run CoD4 easily or not?
