7 00 AM- Breakfast- half of apple 50 cal
9 00 AM- Snack- Half of grinola bar 50 cal
12 00 AM- Lunch- Yougurt 80 cal
3 00 PM- Snack- Bananna 100 cal
5 00 PM- Dinner- Whatever is made 4 me
I heard that rather then eating 3 big meals a day, its better to eat 5-6 small meals a day. I was just wondering if this would work. Thanks. (Plz dont waste time writng mean comments)
