S Shawn Ong New member Nov 10, 2010 #1 For strength- bodyweight squats 20s rest 10s , repeat 8 times. For power- 3-5sets of 25 squat jumps. Will this workout benefit me? If not, what bodyweight exercises that can be done in my room should I do?
