Will my jeep survive offroad?

I have an 88 jeep wrangler with only 45K miles on it. It is a 4 cyl 2.5L engine. It has Rancho rs 5000 shocks with a 4inch lift and 30X10 tires. Will it be safe for me to take it through the mud and on rocky trails? The shocks are REALLY stiff too.
In other words...is it do able for easy offroading?
