Will my internet be cut if i reach the $50 for overused bandwidth on Rogers?

I've recently exceed my 60GB bandwidth limit on Rogers. The site says I will be charged $2 for every GB used from now on up to $50. I was wondering if, when I reach that $50, will my internet be cut? Or can I just continue to use it free of charge? Thanks!

Also! I have virus(es). Is that what's draining my bandwidth? It got drained pretty fast and I'm $22 over already >____>
