Ive been trying to get white hair for a very long time now. I realize that im killing my hair a lot and a little bit of hair falls out every now and then. ive bleached my hair 3 times now all a few weeks apart and now, my hair is pretty bright. im not sure if i should lighten or bleach it again or anything before i buy and try on Manic panics white hair dye. will my hair color take it? heres the most recent picture i have of my hair

One last thing, what should i do about my roots? there growing out and there black so is there any other way of making them lighter with out having to bleach my hair all over again or anything?
