Will my guitar hero games work with any guitar?

I have guitar hero 2, 3, 3, 5 and metallica, world tour, beatles, greatest hits and areosmith, so i have all the games but only 2 guitars and the drums and mic.
but yea
will the guitar (which came with the world tour game) work with all the games?
