I have the 5yr/100,000 mile power train warranty on my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix and I had to have my wheel bearings replaced recently because they had some play in them. Now I am experiencing a humming noise from the drivers side and I'm beginning to think that it is the wheel bearing again. I didn't realize until after I had someone install my wheel bearings, that they would've actually been covered under my power train warranty at the dealer. If I take my car into the dealer this time, and they confirm that my wheel bearing is bad, do you think they will still replace it or will this have voided my warranty? The reason I am wondering is because they were bad in the first place, otherwise I wouldn't have had them replaced. Thanks!
