Will my future pc specs be ok for gaming?

Ive been planning on recently upgrading my video card and psu..will i be able to run games on max settings now?

Athlon x3 440 3.00GHz
4.00 GB RAM
Inno3D GTX460 1gb DDR5
250gb Hard Drive
600W OCZ StealthXStream II

will there be any bottleneck?
