the car was totalled if that matters lol. we didnt hit anything except a ditch so we didnt damage property or anything like that.
okay so we were in a car accident a few days ago and the cops are trying to say that we were racing which we werent. and they want to press charges on my friend ( the driver). no one was seriously hurt. could she go to jail for this? (shes 17 btw) we have a witness who says they saw that another car ran us off the road but the car that ran us off the road is trying to say we were racing.
i live in massachusetts.
