I am leaving for Minnesota a week from today (Friday) and I was wondering if stripped bass or flounder (both in fillets without skin) will last a 9-10 hour trip. If this is doable please give me some packing instructions. All the traffic and travel times have been added together. Something you may want to know is they are fresh and caught with in the past two- three weeks. Please answer soon because I would like to be able to bring some with me. Thanks
