Will my ex talk to me again?

When we broke up I was devastated. I went all crazy and tried to commit suicide. After that failed I made a habit of getting completely trashed every night and called and texted her non stop...she told me if I did not stop she would never talk to me again. In my foolish state I continued to harass her and she kept her word. She blocked my number/facebook and told me she doesn't care about me and to get out of her life. A month has passed now and I miss her alot...no so much as a girlfriend but as a friend. I want to apologize to her but I don't know how :[[
