Will my computer run the trial version of Photoshop Cs4? System info inside...?

I have a desktop computer with these features;

AMD Sempron(tm) 2400+
1.67GHz, 736Mb of RAM

There is one problem: you cannot get the CS4 trial any more because Adobe has released CS5. However, you should be able to run it, but I think you may be low on the RAM.
