Doctors say I have inflammation of colon (colitis) based on a CT scan I had done. They don't think it's from an infection but gave me antibiotics, Cipro and Flagyl. Is this enough medication to cure me? They are pushing Lialda or Asacol. I am wary of these medications and don't want to take. Will my colitis get better without medicine?
