Will my car be considered totaled out?

My 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee was hit in the driver's rear quarter panel at full speed by a newish giant Dodge Ram truck with a big grill thing on the front. They were behind us on the road and clearly weren't paying attention and hit us full on while we were in mid-turn going left into a gas station parking lot. The back passenger door won't open, the driver's door barely opens, the glass in the tailgate won't close, the rear lights have been completely demolished, the rear driver's wheel is broken, the bumper is annihilated, the smaller of the back passenger windows was broken out by my husband's face...
When I bought my Jeep, the state of WA where it is registered and was bought valued it at 4500 roughly and I paid sales tax based on that amount. It has about 203,000 miles on it.

My husband had to have 29 stitches in his face and my mother in law (who was driving) has several bruised ribs...

What should I expect to hear the insurance adjuster? We have a basic insurance through esurance because we own the car outright.
I have already filed a claim with my insurance. My husband is in the military so we have top notch medical insurance that we don't pay for luckily. My mother in law is a nurse who can't work until she is healed enough to move around. She has an HMO and I made sure the hospital had it on file. I will be calling my claims adjuster to sort things out as much as possible first thing in the morning. We are currently stuck staying in a hotel in a remote town. The nearest town with a rental car won't do a one way rental to our home city....

The MI state police came out and are writing a police report. They stated that they will be ticketing the other driver, not us but that they were waiting until tomorrow to present them with a ticket, because the police wanted to find out the extent of our injuries first.

KBB and NADA both value my car between 4,040-5,900. Like I said, I already filed a claim with my insurance company and they are having me speak with an adjuster tomorrow.
