Will my bf go to jail if were dating?

I am going to be 16 in June my boyfriend just turned 18 a few months ago, we have been together for 1 year and 5 months my mom, and my whole family knows from the start i have been honest with me. I told my mom when he was 17 we had sexual intercourse and she took me to the clinic and i got on birth control, But I am off it now. I want to know if i got pregnate( i am not planning too!) and she called the cops could he get arrested? Or even without me being pregnate can he?
