Will my back stop hurting from swinging a baseball bat hard? Help MEE?

Ok soo today I was batting practicing and I reachered for a ball and when I swanged the bat, something in my back like popped and I couldn't swing Anymore, I knew that I didn't break a bone but I think I pulled a muscle or something ..After that I couldn't even reach down to tie my shoe lase...WHAT IS HAPPENING, will THE PAIN GO AWAY IN A DAY OR A MONTH..PLEAZEE RESPOND
