Will my 2WD 93 Chevy S10 with the 4.3 V6 tow a 3000lbs car?

The truck has 165hp and 235lb of torque. It is not the 4WD and the hitch is rated at 3000 lb max.
 
yes it will tow it ,but you need to be extremely careful when trying to stop it,that much weight will literally push the s-10,if it was on a car dolly i know it would do this ,but on a trailer with the weight of the trailer its going to be a dangerous thing to do,be careful if you do this and keep in mind the stopping distance you,ll need on it,good luck.
