...looking young for a long time? I'm 15 years old and have lately been concerned about the effects of excess exposure to sunlight and it's harmful effects on the skin. I've also been concerned about my general health; so lately I've been exercising, eating healthy foods, moisturizing my skin, and wearing spf-85 sunblock every day. Will I see very considerable health benefits in my future? Will I ever develop wrinkles? Will I look much younger in my 50's than anyone else? I have a genetic predisposition to age pretty gracefully (little amounts of wrinkling, no genetic diseases/cancers) but I was wondering if all my efforts will be worth it since I'm starting to concern about this so early.
Right now I am 15 (as stated above), averagely built (6'1 and 180 pounds), and fair skinned. I have wrinkle free (obviously) skin and a very good immune system. I don't drink, smoke, or do anything stupid. I have a "teenage" amount of stress. My parents are in their mid-40's and have some wrinkles, which I guess is due to their age and smoking.
Please give me a very intelligent response, I'd like to hear your thoughts on your answer, thanks in advance =]
