No, it won't hurt the other fish. But it won't help with the HITH disease if that's what you're thinking. It's more geared towards helping the fish to heal from torn fins from fighting or handling. PimaFix is slightly better for fungal and minor bacterial infections when caught early, but won't help HITH disease either.
For treating HITH disease, increase your water changes to keep your nitrates down under 20 ppm ideally, be sure you have the proper sized tank(I would say at least a 75+ gallon tank for the fish you listed), have good filtration, and feed the fish a varied diet. Even once or twice a week, soak some of the food for about 20-30 minutes before feeding, in a liquid multi vitamin like Centrum or Poly Vi Sol childrens vitamin.
