I am trying to partition my Macbook Pro with Windows, but when I try it says "some files cannot be moved". From what I heard, you have to backup your data and re-install OSX for it to work the easy way. But I am afraid of losing recognition of my applications, such as Final Cut Pro, because I can't find my registration information. If I back up my files and re-install OSX, is there a chance my program's registration won't be recognized?
