I've found a deal for tires and rims that's only round $200, but then I saw the other part where it mentioned Jeep rims. Will that be a problem on a '93 Ford F-150? If not then I found a pretty good deal and can make the order.

Yes, SOME Jeep rims have the correct bolt pattern, but you need to also pay close attention to the center hole size. Most Jeep rear axles & front hubs are lighter duty than the 1/2 ton Ford and so they have a smaller center hole.
Just an observation, but keep in mind that Chrysler Corp. (makers of Dodge & Jeep) make such good vehicles that the U.S. government had to give them bailout money while their parent company, Diamler, stood by and watched. Maybe Diamler knows something about Chrysler that Congress doesn't?? Go ahead and Google "Diamler" and see what comes up.
BTW, Ford hasn't requested any money.

F150 rims, the bolt pattern is bigger than the jeep bolt pattern. Ranger bolt pattern is the same as jeep.
