i got my upgrade in april (got it off of verizon wireless) of this year. but my mmom took it away and the top of the screen broke. then to day it was sitting on a wooden table and vibrated (screen down) amd cracked even more. u can only see the crack when on and screen is lit up. i have the Purple Rival and a to year contract. will i be able to take it in to verizon and get a new one?? for free
